Saturday, June 6th 2 pm Private Matinee & 7pm Performance
1:45 & 6:45 pm: Little Fishies arrive-check-in in the west hallway
1:30 & 6:30 pm: Little Birds, Fireflies, and Indian Braves arrive-check-in in the west hallway
12:00 & 5:00 pm: All company dancers and other cast 12 and older arrive
Tear-down immediately following the 7 pm show. Cast party to follow at the 7th St. studio.

Check-in in the west hallway, check out is onstage.
Please do not send any personal items with your dancer. We will have water and snacks backstage for them.
1:30 & 5:30 pm: Act 1 Preschoolers check-in. Check out is onstage during intermission.
Intermission (approximate times-3:00 & 7:00 pm): Act 2 Preschoolers check-in. Check out is onstage after the performance.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FOLLOWING CHANGE HAS BEEN MADE FROM THE INFORMATION IN YOUR HANDBOOK:
DANCERS ARE NOT REQUIRED TO SIT IN ANY SPECIFIC LOCATION IN THE AUDITORIUM.
OTHER DANCERS AGE 10 & UNDER

These dancers will stay back stage for the entire show
Check out is onstage after the show.
Jr. & Teen Company Dancers
12:00 & 4:00 pm: Arrive :) We will have class approximately 1 hour before curtain.
There will not be a cast party Friday night, but please join us for our performance of Peter Pan and come to the cast party Saturday night after tear-down.
